Media Library of the Center for Media Competence

With its current stock of over 2500 pieces of media, the collection of the Media Library of the Center for Media Competence (ZFM) has a comprehensive, internationally oriented range of films of all genres, types, and formats: The selection ranges from classics to current blockbusters, award-winning documentaries and arthouse films to animated works or television series. Most of the films are available on DVD and Blu-ray Disc and can be viewed on site. University members may borrow the media for research and teaching purposes upon presentation of a valid ID. The ZFM's video archive, which includes around 20,000 titles from TV recordings of the past 40 years, can also be accessed on request.
